Lobster Oil has the color,
scent and the taste of lobster. The lobster oil is made from an extraction
process using pure sunflower oil, fresh Turks and Caicos lobster, tomatoes
and a special combination of aromatic herbs.
The oil is then mellowed for three months to magnify the flavor before exporting to market.
Caribbean Lobster Oil is commercially available wholesale to chefs and available retail in special gourmet boutiques.
"Rock lobster" also known as "spiny lobster" or often just "lobster", lack the enlarged claws of the true lobster. The spiny lobster is also distinguished from American lobster by the sharp, short spines along the length of the tail and body and marked with bright green, blue and yellow spots on an orange or brown shell.
